AI-Powered Dashboard Assistant

Empowering PLN’s internal teams to explore and understand dashboard data through natural language.

In this project, we embedded OpenAI-powered LLMs into PLN’s existing dashboard system to allow users to interact with their data via natural language. Users can ask questions about KPIs, trends, and anomalies directly in the dashboard. The AI assistant interprets charts, explains insights, and provides contextual analysis, reducing the need for technical interpretation and enabling faster, more intuitive decision-making.
